Scope
What I am working on now.
Some work is traditional: positioning, websites, paid media, CRM, and agency leadership. Some work is newer: AI visibility, automated content, connected ecommerce systems, specialized data, and AI-assisted performance workflows. The common thread is making the marketing system clearer, more useful, and easier to operate.

Current projects, described by pattern
Current projects span privately held businesses across auto services, financial products, beauty, wellness, ecommerce, and local experiences. Because much of the work is private, the examples focus on the operating problem, the category, and what had to be built or clarified.
Auto services and dealer growth
Designing and implementing reporting tools that combine specialized market and inventory data, then turn it into practical field-sales intelligence: which accounts deserve attention, what reps should ask about, and where the next useful conversation may be.
Brand-led growth and search
Clarifying the customer-facing story, then creating the technical foundation behind it: site structure, content architecture, search foundations, and the systems needed to make the experience useful to customers and understandable to AI-powered search.
End-to-end marketing operations
Building an AI-assisted marketing workflow for creative drafts, performance checks, and useful reporting. People set priorities and approve what goes out. A separate workflow checks government sources for relevant industry updates before a person decides whether they matter to clients.
Beauty, wellness, and consumer growth
Providing marketing leadership where there is no dedicated internal lead, coordinating distributed agency partners, modernizing legacy CRM processes, and connecting ecommerce systems so a growing brand can move with less manual work.
What This Can Look Like
Sometimes the useful work is a rewritten page. Sometimes it is a CRM workflow fix, a clearer agency brief, a reporting structure, a technical search foundation, or an AI-assisted workflow that helps the team research, draft, monitor, and review work while a person owns priorities and final decisions.

If this sounds like what you need, let's talk.
A candid conversation helps decide whether this is the right kind of help.
